Getting Started
Does it cost more to book through you?
No. We can often price match, so if you find the same trip for less, tell us and we will try. Some of our advisors charge a planning fee and some do not, and your advisor will tell you theirs before you commit to anything.
What does a travel advisor actually do?
We are not a booking service. We are the person who knows your child does not do mornings, that your mother in law needs a ground floor room, and that you have been talking about this trip for three years.
How do I start planning a trip with you?
Send us a quote request. Tell us who is traveling, roughly when, and the version of the trip you keep picturing. An advisor comes back with real options and real prices, and there is no cost to find out.
Planning and Booking
How far ahead should we start planning?
It depends on the trip. Some families come to us two weeks out and some are three years ahead. Earlier gives you more choice on rooms, ships and dates, and more time to pay it off. Later still works more often than people expect. Ask us either way and we will tell you honestly what is still available.
I already booked. Can you still help?
Usually yes. Most suppliers allow a booking to transfer to us within a window after you book, and your reservation stays exactly as it is.
Do you book flights, transfers and excursions too?
Yes. We plan home to home: transfers, flights, hotels, tours and travel protection, from the moment you leave your driveway to the moment you are back in it.
Can you help with group travel or multi family trips?
Yes, and it is one of the things we do most. Every family books through us directly, so nobody is chasing anyone for deposits and you are not collecting money from your cousins. We hold space before anyone commits, so the family who decides late is not paying more than the family who decided first.
During Your Trip
What happens if something goes wrong while we are traveling?
You contact your advisor, not a call center. If you cannot reach them, call 407-205-9078 and press 0 for immediate assistance.
Do you offer travel protection?
Yes. We work exclusively with Travel Insured International. Your advisor will offer it when you book, and you can also purchase it directly.
Where We Go
Do you only book Disney?
No. Disney is where a lot of families find us, and we know it well, but most of what we plan is somewhere else. Cruises across every major line, all inclusive resorts, Europe, Asia, Alaska, Hawaii, the national parks, and the once in a lifetime trip you have been putting off.
Do you work with families outside your area?
Yes. Our advisors are spread across the United States and we plan trips for families everywhere. Planning happens by phone, email and video, so being nearby has never been the thing that makes it work.
