What does a family travel agency actually do for you?
We plan the whole trip and stay with it. One advisor helps you choose the destination, the resort or the ship and the dates, books everything, watches for a better price after you book, and answers the phone while you are travelling. There is no planning fee to start the conversation and no cost to ask.

The honest answers, before you ever pick up the phone.
- What does it cost to work with a travel advisor?
- For most cruises, resorts and theme park packages our planning comes at no extra cost to you, because we are paid by the travel supplier. Complex custom itineraries carry a flat planning fee, and we tell you the number before any work begins.
- Can you match a price I found online?
- Almost always. We book the same inventory the big sites do, and our preferred partnerships often add perks like onboard credit, room upgrades or resort credits that you cannot get booking alone.
- How far ahead should we plan a family trip?
- Nine to twelve months is comfortable for cruises, theme parks and school holiday travel. We still take shorter timelines happily, and we will tell you honestly what is realistic for your dates.
- Do you only do Disney?
- No. We plan river cruises in Europe, all inclusive resorts, trips without the kids, bucket list travel and large group trips. Theme parks are simply one of the things we know very well.
- What happens if something goes wrong while we travel?
- You have your advisor's direct line. If a flight is cancelled or a hotel gets a detail wrong, you call one person and we handle the rebooking and the time on hold for you.
- What do we have to pay up front?
- Most trips book with a deposit rather than the full amount, and the balance is due before you travel. We tell you both numbers and both dates before you commit to anything.
